Yep! A coffee mug that says "我爱我的爸爸！“ or I love my Ba Ba! How cool that Hope can write in Chinese and paste a picture onto a coffee mug.

Pig Tails and Tiger Balm

Hope is caught sticking her fingers into the Tiger Balm. This is the first time I'm able to get her to wear her hair in pig tails. The Chinese call these "ram's horns". I think it's befitting that my child is like a ram: hard headed.

I tell Hope that the Tiger Balm will hurt her nose if she proceeds to touch. Of course, Miss Strong Will decides to see what happens if she chooses to touch her nose.
Ah! Yes! Minty pain in my nasal passages. How I love it. Did Hope learn her painful lesson? Nope. She seeks for that Tiger Balm to stick into her nose.

Our Walk for LIFE

Hi! We had a great Walk for LIFE this Saturday. The weather was absolutely wonderful. But as we walked around New Life Church the second time, I was starting to think that some of you guys must have been praying for heat instead of no rain. Boy! We started sweating pretty good.

Hope was running around, waiting for the walk to begin, and as soon as it did, she decided that she would sit in the stroller the entire time. I kept asking if she wanted to WALK since it was a walk for life not a stroll for life, but she insisted on sitting the entire time...until the last 100 feet. Then, she decided to walk. Of course, they took a picture of her walking triumphantly to the finish line with the look "yep! I did it! I walked the entire time." I just had to roll my eyes and let her enjoy the triumph of walking 100 feet for LIFE.

Thank you to all who donated for this cause. We truly enjoyed the privilege of raising money for the future babies of this world. Thank you also for those who prayed that it would not rain while we walked. In fact, as soon as we drove into our home driveway, it started pouring, so even our car didn't get any rain...haha! Some powerful praying out there! Thank you!
