In this Thanksgiving and Advent season, we have been thankful for so many things (in no particular order)
-Smooth transition back into Colorado Springs
-A warm house to share with warm friends and family
-A puppy that is growing too large too fast. But loves to be loved
-A Small Group of friends that meet every week to eat food and study scripture together
-Paxton's job so that we can eat and have a warm house
-A daughter that loves the Lord and desires the best of life
-A son that loves to laugh
-Health
-Running so that we can be healthy
-The Lord Jesus who has given us everything and then some. We have been richly blessed and continue to receive the outpouring of his love in our lives. He is awesome and wonderful.

Hope: Mom, can we get rabies?
Mom: Well, yes, if a dog bites you, you can get rabies.
Hope: What does the dog look like with rabies?
Mom: He starts foaming at the mouth and acts crazy
Hope: Like our old neighbor? Except, she didn't foam at the mouth!
