Hope's 3rd Birthday

We decided to have a quiet celebration for Hope's 3rd birthday on the 26th. Mom made her the much requested homemade strawberry ice cream cake. It's strawberry cake with strawberry ice cream and strawberry frosting. We decided to use chocolate for the icing instead of strawberry, as we thought it was just a bit toooo strawberry if EVERYTHING was pink!
